How to Manage Your Inner Critic

When you're feeling meh, it can be really easy to let your inner critic run the show. And that just makes you feel worse.

A big part of my coaching is about helping people recognise they have an inner critic and experiment with different ways of relating to it. From there, you can develop a more compassionate view of yourself, which is a great foundation for making changes to your life and work. It's not easy but it is doable.
