I coach leaders, founders and people in career transition. This is about you overcoming your biggest challenges and figuring out what you want the next stage of your work life to be about.
Recently, I've helped an agency founder set up a new business. I've coached a senior leader who was anxious about redundancy. And I've worked with a number of people who've made the leap into more fulfilling careers.
I specialise in working with people in marketing, media and communications.

Create Your Next Chapter
There's no question that the period after redundancy can be stressful and challenging. Gone are your regular income and familiar working routines and relationships. In their place are long stretches of time and a whole range of feelings: uncertainty, fear, anger, relief, frustration, sadness - to name just a few.
Losing your job can also mean a loss of identity. Suddenly the story of who you are has changed. You've been forced into a transition, what I call a 'space between stories'. In a movie, this is where the main character gets lost in the wilderness. It's a time of anxiety and confusion, for sure. But it can also be a period that's rich in creative thinking and opportunities to explore new paths.
Introducing a unique programme to help you explore what's next
Based on my Whole Story method, I've developed an 8-session group online programme to give you space to reflect and take stock. It will also equip you with proven techniques to help change your relationship to difficult thoughts and emotions. And if you feel ready, you'll have the chance to explore options, take fresh steps, and begin writing the next 'chapter' in your career.
Here's what you'll receive
You'll take away a portfolio containing:
"Before signing up to the course I had found myself 'going round in circles' when it came to thinking about my job and what I wanted to get out of life. I knew I wanted to reassess things and find a 'clearer path' of some kind but I didn't know where to start.
What the programme has given me is a different perspective - in fact lots of different perspectives! It's helped me better understand why I think the way I do. And helped me recognise and evaluate the 'stories' I tell myself and how those stories are contributing to this feeling of 'going round in circles'.
The course is a good mix of theory and practical exercises. And Andrew provides lots of great books, articles and video content to support each section of the course.
I really enjoyed the group dynamic too. It gave me a chance to listen to and learn from other people's experiences and ideas, on top of the support and guidance offered by Andrew.
I'd recommend the course to anyone who feels like they're at a bit of a crossroads or is questioning whether they're on the right path. I don't yet have 'the answer' in terms of where I'm ultimately heading, but having done the course, I feel much better equipped to find it!"
Here's my hand-drawn overview of the programme.
